Products & authenticity

Yes. All watches we sell at Chronic Atelier are 100% authentic and original. We do not sell replicas, imitations or inspired products. Every piece goes through our verification process before sale.
We operate in the parallel distribution market, which allows us to access the same original watches at significantly more competitive prices than official stores. The watches are identical in quality and authenticity.
Yes, all our watches are delivered with their original box and documentation. For limited editions, we also verify that they carry both the standard serial number and the individual edition number on the caseback.
All watches come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. In case of any issue, contact us at sales@chronicatelier.com and we will take care of everything.
We currently work with Tissot, Seiko, Citizen and Victorinox. These are four of the most respected brands in precision watchmaking, with an unbeatable quality-to-price ratio. We continue to expand our catalogue regularly.

Orders & payment

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and Bizum. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption.
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at sales@chronicatelier.com or via WhatsApp. Once the order has left our facilities it cannot be cancelled, although you can return it within 14 days.
Yes, all prices shown in the store include VAT. There are no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay.
Yes. If you need an invoice for your company or any other purpose, write to us at sales@chronicatelier.com with your tax details and we will send it within 24-48 hours.

Shipping

It depends on product availability. If it is in immediate stock, shipping is within 24-48 hours. If it is in European stock, between 3-5 business days. If there is no stock available, the lead time is 10-15 business days, subject to availability. Each product page shows the stock status.
Shipping is free on orders of €400 or more. For lower amounts, standard national shipping costs €12.50 and express €20. For international shipping, standard costs €20 and express €28.50.
Yes, we ship to mainland Spain, the islands and internationally. For international shipments please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can locate it at any time. If after 48 hours you have not received the tracking information, please contact us.

Returns & warranty

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it without justification. The watch must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use and with its complete original packaging.
If the return is for personal reasons (I don't like it, it wasn't what I expected, change of mind), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the reason is a manufacturing defect or our error, we cover all costs.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Account & points

Every euro you spend at Chronic Atelier accumulates points in your account. You can also earn points by leaving a review, referring a friend or following us on Instagram. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
It is not required, you can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account to accumulate points, manage your orders and access exclusive pre-sales.
